As notified per mail, effective May 14th, 2023, we will no longer provide transportation to or from medical appointments. If the resident needs assistance, we will continue to assist residents in making transportation arrangements to and from the source of service by scheduling transportation with one of the regional service providers. However, the actual transportation will no longer be provided by this facility.
If no insurance options are available, we will contact the transportation providers in the area for a price quote on your behalf, which will remain the financial responsibility of each resident.
The person charged with making transportation arrangements is the facility’s social worker, Betsy Wellman, who can be reached at 309-364-3905 ext. 7620.
